This sturdy and robust 12x8 Finewood Workshop is traditionally manufactured from high grade timber and is ideal for your home. Constructed from 3x2 70mm x 45mm framing throughout, including floor and roof joists, the Finewood Workshop also includes large, fully framed double doors fitted with a piano hinge and rim lock for added security. There are 2 opening, glazed, four pane mortice and tenoned side windows which are also supplied as standard whilst the roof is constructed from 12mm tongue and groove boards with heavy 20kg roofing felt. The workshops heavy duty floor is made from 16mm tongue and groove boards on 3''x2'' 70mm x 45mm joists. The Finewood Heavy Workshop also benefits from a factory applied base coat and spirit based Top Coat lasting for three years without retreatment. The workshop is home delivered and comes complete with felt and all necessary fixings. FSC timber throughout. Requires 2 PERSON assembly.
